3. Course Access & Enrollment
- Course enrollment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use.
- Access periods vary by course and are specified at enrollment. Refunds are subject to our Terms & Conditions and may be available within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or Service without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content—including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by Teacher Pochadt or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with Site security or functionality; (c) upload malicious code; (d) impersonate others; or (e) harvest data without authorization.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
